Question!
Electro has been on the rise recently, finding it's way into mainstream pop music and scenester myspace profiles.
How do you feel about this?

I think it's a good thing.
There is more decent music being produced now.
The only thing that gets me is that the older electronic artists still aren't getting decent radio play or the respect they deserve from this new crowd.

I don't greatly object to anything that's coming out at the moment, but it's a bit of a slippery slope and some artists are getting pretty close to the edge of what I'm comfortable with in their commercialization.

I'm not at all worried about how popular the music is or who's listening to it, but in reaching out for the mainstream crowd it's all too easy to embrace style over substance - and there's been some very wishy washy stuff hitting the airwaves lately. I worry that we're seeing the same thing happen to indie as happened to grunge and alt-rock in the 90s.
